🔹 Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available).

If you run into issues, try another payment method or contact your payment provider directly.

Why is there a $1 charge on my bank statement?
This is a temporary authorization to verify your payment method. It’s not an actual charge and will automatically disappear, typically within a few minutes to a few weeks, depending on your bank.

How do I obtain an invoice or receipt?
Log in to your Mozdec.com account. Go to Order History and select your order to download a PDF invoice.


🔹 Notion Templates

How do I download my Notion template?
After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with access instructions. You can also log into your account and find your download in the Downloads section.

Can I re-download my purchases?
Yes, your templates remain accessible in your account. You can re-download them anytime.

Can I use templates on multiple devices?
Absolutely. Your purchase is tied to your Notion account, and you can access it on any device logged into the same account.


🔹 License & Usage

What are the usage rights for your Notion templates?
You are granted a personal or commercial-use license. However, reselling, redistributing, or sharing the templates in original or modified form is strictly prohibited.

Can I use these templates for client work?
Yes, you may use templates for commercial purposes such as business operations or managing client projects, as long as the templates themselves are not shared or resold.


🔹 Updates

How will I know when a template is updated?
If we release an update, it will appear in your Downloads section. We’ll also send a notification email if you opted into updates during checkout.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Since our products are digital, we don’t accept returns. However, you may qualify for a refund within 14 days in the following situations:

  • The template file is defective or inaccessible
  • You made a duplicate purchase
  • A system error caused you to receive the wrong file

To request a refund, email us at returns@mozdec.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

How are refunds processed?
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.


🔹 Complaints

How can I file a complaint?
Send your complaint to support@mozdec.com. We’ll acknowledge your message within 24 hours and keep you updated throughout the resolution process.

Steps we follow for complaints:

  1. Confirm receipt of your complaint
  2. Request additional information (if necessary)
  3. Provide timely updates
  4. Notify you once the matter is resolved

How can I secure my account?
